1. Brush and floss your teeth. Use the shade guide to document your initial tooth shade before treatment.
2. Remove the lid of the pen and twist the base until the gel dispenses (this may take several twists on the first use).
3. Smile and apply a thin layer of gel to the surface of your upper and lower teeth. Avoid applying gel to your gums, and wipe away any excess with a dry tissue to prevent gum irritation.
4. Turn on the dual LED device by pressing the button until the blue light activates, then place it in your mouth (you may need to bite down to hold the device in place). For sensitivity relief, you can switch to the red light.
5. Relax for 16 minutes until the device automatically turns off.
6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly, and use the shade guide to document your progress after each session.

You’ll notice a difference after the first application. For best results, use the kit for 5 consecutive days, up to a maximum of 14 days. Individual results may vary depending on the type of stains and tooth structure.
